Instructions
Start by cutting the meatballs in half.
Then, finely chop the shallot and green onion. Snip your garden cress right at the base of the stem.
For the curry ketchup, mix the ketchup, curry powder, and honey until smooth.
Deep-fry the fries according to the package instructions or our Frietjes recipe. Let them drain on baking paper. In the meantime, deep-fry the halved meatballs for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
First, spread the fries on a platter and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.Then, add the crispy fried meatballs, drizzle with mayo and curry ketchup, and top with shallots.Finish it off with small dots of Sauce Algérienne for extra kick, plus fresh green onions and garden cress.Voilà – your Loaded Fries are ready to be attacked! 🔥
