Notes
Angostura: Angostura bitters adds extra depth and bitter complexity and enhances the rum and Lillet Rouge.
Lillet Rouge: We add Lillet Rouge to our Rum Sour for its distinctive flavors, which include notes of fruits, spices, and herbs.
Rum: We use a good-quality dark rum for its rich flavor, which pairs perfectly with the zestiness of Rum Sour.
Egg: As we use raw egg, ensuring it's super fresh is crucial!
Lemon: Fresh lemon juice makes all the difference.
Maple Syrup: Maple syrup has a rich, complex sweetness that adds depth and a hint of natural earthiness.
