5pieceswild garlic flowers, kept aside while making bärlauch pesto
1tbsptoasted pine nuts
1tspngrated parmesan cheese
1tbspvirgin olive oil
Instructions
Take a beautiful plate or bowl, spoon in the hummus and create a nice swirl with the back of a spoon. Spoon a few scoops of wild garlic pesto over the hummus.
Then sprinkle generously with the roasted pine nuts and top with the wild garlic sprigs and flowers you kept aside. Then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.Finally, finely grate some Parmesan over the top of your Wild Garlic Hummus and…Enjoy!
Notes
Olive Oil: Use a good quality extra virgin olive oil.
Fresh Wild Garlic: If you’re working with fresh wild garlic, keep a few leaves and flowers aside for the final presentation.
Roasted Pine Nuts: Lightly roast the pine nuts beforehand. Stay close — they burn quickly!
Parmesan Cheese: Grate a little Parmesan over the wild garlic hummus at the end for extra richness.
